Ceramics, soaps, responsible clothing: discover all that the artists and craftspeople of Mont-Dauphin have to offer!
The Bulles des Cimes soap factory makes superfatted soaps with organic vegetable oils, scented with essential oils, for the pleasure of the nostrils, the eyes and, of course, the skin! The method used (cold saponification) preserves all the natural glycerine and produces a 6% superfatted soap, very moisturising for the body and face.
A special range has been designed without essential oils for children, pregnant women and problem skin. These are the 'Randonneur' soaps, with vegetable oils and nothing else, the 'Mielleux' with Guillestre honey and beeswax, and the 'Calenbulles' with homemade calendula flower macerate and petals.Bulles des Cimes also offers two exfoliating soaps, "Zest'presso" with coffee grounds and sweet orange, and "Coup d'éclat" with poppy seeds, green clay, cedar, orange and peppermint.

Since she was a little girl, Mélanie's life has revolved around sewing: her grandmother Solange was a seamstress by trade as well as knitting. Her mum Jacqueline sews, repairs, crochets...
Melilange is a tribute to her (Meli from Mélanie and lange from Solange) and an artisanal brand of zero-waste clothing and jewellery.
The materials used are GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified, a label that covers the organic nature of the textile as well as the conditions of the workers.
Everything is made in the Mont-Dauphin workshop.
The workshop also offers alterations and repairs for your off-the-shelf garments. Whether it's a hem, a change of zip on a ski jacket or anything else, (almost) nothing is too much trouble.
Alterations are handled on Wednesdays on a first-come, first-served basis.

For local authorities, Amandine Verdant makes administrative bindings for municipal registers, as well as restoring them when they are very old and damaged.
For private customers, booksellers and bibliophiles, she produces standard or elaborate bindings, in cloth with mechanical marbled paper, or leather with marbled paper or hand-made glue. She can also make decorated bindings, where (almost) anything is possible, and works a lot with fish skin, her favourite material.
She restores all books in need of refurbishment, in compliance with the profession's code of ethics (reversibility, respect for original materials, durability).
Amandine Verdant qualified in 2010 with a CAP in bookbinding arts and a certificate in the restoration of old books, awarded by the CFRPE (centre de formation en restauration du patrimoine écrit).
After working as a bookbinder-restorer in a government department for 10 years, she set up her own workshop, following further training with one of France's top bookbinding craftsmen.
First prize for craftsmanship, Franche-Comté region, 2010. Second national prize from the Institut National des Métiers d'Art, 2010.

Both a creative space and a sales outlet, this workshop allows Anaëlle Christ to shape, develop and enrich her collections - while remaining available to welcome you and help you discover her world.
A graduate of the Brevet des Métiers d'Art Céramique, all her creations are imagined, designed and shaped by hand in her workshop.
Here you can discover a collection of porcelain tableware combining Japanese inspiration, graphic design and poetic words. Also in porcelain, you'll find a second collection of everyday items echoing the green hues of the Durance River and the landscapes surrounding the Hautes-Alpes.
A third collection, inspired by primitive porcelain, is made up of unique decorative pieces in chamotte stoneware. Each creation is fashioned using different techniques to bring out the intimacy of the shapes.
A world that is both authentic and contemporary, soft and graphic.

L'atelier du Poisson qui vole is a place for exhibitions, creative work and artistic experimentation, in the heart of the fortified village of Mont-Dauphin.
It is the base camp of visual artist Barbara Fougnon, whose work is on permanent display throughout the year.
In a spirit of sharing and openness, other artists take over the space every summer, for exhibitions, work-in-progress presentations and studio research and production sessions. Practical art workshops are also held throughout the year, for all ages.
